Can I access the Brand Panel on mobile or tablet devices?
The Brand Panel is currently optimized for desktop and laptop devices, with a minimum resolution width of 1280 pixels.
Mobile and tablet devices use different measurements for screen resolution (points instead of rendered pixels), so the Brand Panel is not supported on these devices. For the best user experience, please access the Brand Panel on a desktop or laptop computer.

How to create a Winday account?
Go to https://app.winday.co/auth/sign-up to register at Winday and create the account.
Can I change my email address on my Winday account?
Yes, you can change your email address on your Winday account. Go to the Profile screen within your account and make the necessary updates.
How do I delete my Winday account?
To delete your Winday account, please contact our customer support team. We will be able to assist with your request. However, we hope you enjoy using Winday for your business and will not need to delete your account.
Instant Games
How do I launch an Instant Game?
Via the Winday Brand Panel. Choose a game type, upload your logo and offer, set reward logic, and publish. The process takes minutes and requires no code.
What types of offers can I distribute?
Discount codes, promo codes, free shipping, bundled deals, or any other type of reward — even physical items — can be distributed via game results.
Can I customize the game design to match my brand?
Absolutely. You can upload your brand logo, colors, background image, and messaging. Every game is designed to feel like part of your brand.
What if I don’t like the game visuals or available game types?
If none of the existing templates fit your needs, contact us through any available channel. We offer custom solutions — custom visual themes, new game types, or tailored mechanics.
Where can I publish the game?
Games can be shared via a link, embedded on your website, connected to your own domain, linked via QR code, or published on Winday Club for additional reach.
Will Winday’s plugin slow down my website?
Winday’s plugin is optimized to minimize its impact on your website’s performance. However, if you have a high traffic website, it is recommended to consult with our team to make sure the plugin will be able to handle the amount of requests.
Where is the game hosted?
All games are securely hosted on Winday’s high-performance servers. No setup or hosting on your side is required.
How many discount codes can I generate or upload per a game?
You can upload or generate up to 100,000 discount codes per single Instant Game.
If I generate discount codes, how can my customers use them on my website?
After generating discount codes during Instant game creation, upload them into your e-commerce CRM system to sync the list of codes between the game and your website. Your customers can then apply these discount codes on your website after winning them in the Instant Game.
Can I sync a list of discount codes available on my e-commerce website with the game?
Yes, during Instant game creation, select the "Upload codes" option and upload the file containing the codes. This action will sync the codes between your website and the game, enabling your customers to win your discount codes in the game.
Can I collect emails or customer data through the game?
Yes. You can require email submission to unlock the reward. All collected data is securely stored and exportable from your Brand Panel.
How is performance tracked?
You get detailed analytics: plays, completions, email conversions, reward claims, average play time, and more — available in real time.
Can I A/B test different campaigns?
Yes. You can run multiple campaigns simultaneously and compare results to optimize your strategy.
Tournament Games
What’s the difference between a Tournament and an Instant Game?
Tournaments are time-limited campaigns with a leaderboard. Players compete for top spots, encouraging replay, sharing, and long-term engagement. Instant Games are quick, one-session interactions with instant rewards.
What kind of businesses benefit most from Tournaments?
Brands looking to increase retention, incentivize repeat purchases, or engage their community — especially in retail, beauty, food, and tech. Tournaments are perfect for product drops, holidays, or loyalty events.
How do I launch a Tournament?
Log in to the Winday Brand Panel, select a game, define the tournament rules (duration, prizes, play limits), upload your branding and offers, and go live. Setup takes just minutes.
Where is the game hosted and how is it accessed?
All games are hosted on Winday servers. You can share your tournament via a direct link, QR code, embed, or publish it to Winday Club for wider reach.
What are Booster Codes and how do they work?
Booster Codes give players a score advantage when activated. You can issue them after a purchase or any custom action. They multiply points earned in-game, increasing a user’s chance to win.
Tournaments can also be restricted to code-only access — great for rewarding paying customers.
You can generate new codes via Winday or upload codes from your CRM.
How does the prize structure work?
Prizes for places 1, 2, and 3 are mandatory and must be set up individually. Prize for place 4 is optional and, if added, will be automatically assigned to all players ranked from 4 to 1000, with the same reward for each.
Can I collect customer data through the tournament?
Yes. The tournament requires players to register (or login) to participate. All user data is securely stored and accessible in your admin dashboard.
How do I track tournament performance?
Your Brand Panel provides detailed stats: player count, play amount, number of Booster Code activations.
Can I customize the game visuals and mechanics?
Yes. You can brand the interface with your own logo, colors, backgrounds, and messages. If you need a fully custom game or logic, contact us for tailored development.
How do I promote my tournament?
You’ll get a shareable game link, embed code, and QR code. You can also publish the tournament to Winday Club to reach new users.

How do I get my store listed on Winday Club?

In the Game Details screen, go to the Winday Club section and click Publish This option is available on any paid plan (Basic or Enterprise).
Why should I publish my campaign to Winday Club?
Winday Club provides organic exposure to users browsing for new offers. It's a free traffic channel that helps grow your audience, increase redemptions, and capture leads.

Winday Club is niche-agnostic — any brand can perform well regardless of industry. What matters most is the quality of the playable experience.

Your game is categorized and filtered by country. Users can browse by niche, category, interests, or geo-location to discover your campaign.

Yes. You set geo availability (down to the city level) and select category and relevant interest for each campaign.
Is Winday Club available globally?
Yes. It's accessible to users worldwide. You control which regions can see and access your game.
Do I pay extra to publish to Winday Club?
Publishing to Winday Club is included with your paid plan. Optional premium placements are available for greater visibility.
Does my store have a dedicated page on Winday Club?
Yes. Each brand can optionally have a dedicated landing page showcasing your logo, store info, and all campaigns (live, past and upcoming).
How many campaigns can I publish to Winday Club?
You're limited by your plan’s active campaign slots. You can upgrade at any time to increase the number of games you can run concurrently.
Can users redeem my offer directly from Winday Club?
Users play your game, enter their email (if required), and receive the reward immediately via your configured delivery method. To apply the reward users go to your store website.

How can I receive a Brand ID?
Your Brand ID is automatically set up and assigned to you after your brand is verified.
Can I have more than one Brand ID?
No, currently each account is limited to one brand and one Brand ID.
