Access

Can I access the Brand Panel on mobile or tablet devices?

The Brand Panel is currently optimized for desktop and laptop devices, with a minimum resolution width of 1280 pixels.

Mobile and tablet devices use different measurements for screen resolution (points instead of rendered pixels), so the Brand Panel is not supported on these devices. For the best user experience, please access the Brand Panel on a desktop or laptop computer.

Winday Account

How to create a Winday account?

Go to https://app.winday.co/auth/sign-up to register at Winday and create the account.

Can I change my email address on my Winday account?

Yes, you can change your email address on your Winday account. Go to the Profile screen within your account and make the necessary updates.

How do I delete my Winday account?

To delete your Winday account, please contact our customer support team. We will be able to assist with your request. However, we hope you enjoy using Winday for your business and will not need to delete your account.

Create Instant Game

How many discount codes can I generate or upload per a game?

You can upload or generate up to 10,000 discount codes per single Instant Game.

If I generate discount codes, how can my customers use them on my website?

After generating discount codes during Instant game creation, upload them into your e-commerce CRM system to sync the list of codes between the game and your website. Your customers can then apply these discount codes on your website after winning them in the Instant Game.

Can I sync a list of discount codes available on my e-commerce website with the game?

Yes, during Instant game creation, select the "Upload codes" option and upload the file containing the codes. This action will sync the codes between your website and the game, enabling your customers to win your discount codes in the game.

Publish

How can I publish Winday games on my website?

Winday offers several options for publishing games on your website.

You can use one of our plugins depending on your website engine (framework) which are Shopify, WordPress, and Joomla.

Optionally you can use our custom setup option for websites built on other platforms.

Will Winday’s plugin slow down my website?

Winday’s plugin is optimized to minimize its impact on your website’s performance. However, if you have a high traffic website, it is recommended to consult with our team to make sure the plugin will be able to handle the amount of requests.

How can I receive a Brand ID?

Your Brand ID is automatically set up and assigned to you after your brand is verified.

Can I have more than one Brand ID?

No, currently each account is limited to one brand and one Brand ID.

Billing

Can I get a refund?

As per our terms of service, we do not offer refunds. However, if you believe you have been charged in error, please do contact us at support@winday.co.

Do you provide an annual pricing plan?

At the moment, Winday offers a monthly plan only. If you want a more advanced option, please get in touch with us at support@winday.co.
