Please follow the steps outlined below to complete brand verification and unlock all the features available for a verified brand.
Open Account Screen Log in to your Winday account and open the User Profile screen.
Select the Brand Settings Tab On the left-side menu, select the "Brand Settings" tab.
Enter Brand Details Fill in the required fields:
Brand Name
Brand Website
Corporate Email Address (must be under the same domain name as the Brand Website).
NOTE 1: The Brand Name must match the Brand Website and Corporate Email Address.
NOTE 2: If you see an error when clicking the "VERIFY" button, it means the domain name in the Brand Website and Corporate Email fields does not match.
Verify Corporate Email On the next step, enter the verification code that was sent to your corporate email (the one you provided in the previous step).
Enter the code from the email and click the "Confirm" button.
Verification Status In Step 3, you will see the current verification status:
Brand Website and Corporate Email will show as "Verified" once confirmed.
Brand Name will show as "In progress" while we verify it.
NOTE 1: We will need up to 2 business days to verify your Brand Name.
NOTE 2: If the provided details are insufficient or the Brand Name does not match the Brand Website and Corporate Email, we will contact you shortly for clarification.
NOTE 3: We may request additional information to confirm your ownership or affiliation with the brand.
At this step, there’s nothing else you need to do. Simply click "Next" to proceed.
Add Brand Logo In the final step, you can upload your brand logo.
NOTE: This step is optional, and you can upload the brand logo later if needed.
Click "Next" to finish.
After completing the steps, you will be redirected to the Brand Settings page. Please wait for the Brand Name verification to be completed (up to 2 business days) before accessing brand-related features.
If, for any reason, your brand website does not match the domain of your corporate email and you are unable to complete the automatic email verification process, please reach out to us.
