Trial Period

When you create a Winday account, you will start out on the 7-day Free Trial period. No payment information is required to start using Winday during your free period.

During the Free Trial period, all the functionality is available.

From the start of using the Winday account, you will see a banner in the top right corner of the Brand Panel that tells you how much time remains on your free trial.

As your 7-day trial period ends in 24 hours, we notify you and offer to switch to our Basic plan.

If you choose not to switch to the Basic plan, the Campaign creation functionality will be locked until you subscribe. However, you will still retain access to Analytics and your User account.

How to Active the Basic Plan

Winday offers a Basic pricing plan that includes everything available on the platform. The plan is a monthly subscription.

To activate the Basic plan, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Account settings.

  2. Select the Payment plan tab.

  3. Click the Upgrade button in the Basic plan details.

  4. You will be directed to Stripe checkout to complete the subscription and make the payment.

We use Stripe’s payment methods to support the most common payment methods for our users globally. Credit cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard) are supported across all geographies.

Can I get a refund?

As per our terms of service, we do not offer refunds. However, if you believe you have been charged in error, please do contact us at support@winday.co.

Do you provide an annual pricing plan?

At the moment, Winday offers a monthly plan only. If you want a more advanced option, please get in touch with us at support@winday.co.
